Chris Brown Hits and Misses w/ Larry King
So I am upset that I have to type this whole thing all over again because I literally had the whole thing typed up yesterday and then something mysterious happened and all of my work was erased...a mess...I know. So this 2nd attempt I am typing on my Blogger account...since...well Blogger has an automatic save feature...so if for some reason my computer wanted to do something random and crazy...my work will have been saved already.
Facebook needs to get on board with the automatic save feature...like yesterday.
So this note will be condensed and to the point.
Here we go.
I love Chris Brown...I do....but I gotta call a spade a spade... that thing they call an interview that he did yesterday was a complete and utter bunch of foolishness.
Who is his PR person? Chris would have never spoken until I knew he could make complete sentences filled with something that actually made sense.
He was inarticulate, spoke in circles, and didn't want to answer half the questions he was asked about the incident.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the whole reason for him doing Larry King to give some of the details that pertained to the fight that took place that night. I think the interview, had it been executed right, could have shown him in a good light. He could have schooled the youth on noticing the warning signs of a violent person who might commit an act of domestic violence. They need to know what triggered his agression, how he felt before the incident, what was going on in his mind while the incident was happening, and how he feels now looking back on the situation.
He says and they say he showed no signs of agression before the beat down. I say bull.shit. There is always smoke before a fire and volcanoes don't erupt without the ground trembling, smoke showing, and a few living things dying...there are always signs. A shove, a push, a random agressive outburst, those are all "signs".
There were signs.
Bottom-Line
If I was his PR person he would have never sat down for that interview unprepared. His first interview, if I were in charge, would have been in a print magazine....preferably People. The print interview would only have been done after he performed some of his communtity service, talked with young men about domestic violence, and practiced answering questions articulately. After all of this "Prep PR" as I call it he would have then sat down with Larry King and answered questions.
He would have been prepared by then.
People keep asking me if I think his career is over. His career is no where near over. He will sell records regardless, without being on BET, MTV, etc. He doesn't have to promote anything to get folks to buy his music and listen to it. His fans are very dedicated that way.
Oh and please don't make me use my R.Kelly pedophile ass example again. The man urinated on underage girls and can still sell a million records. Chris can beat a chick ass and sell at least two mil.
No lol needed. Wasn't a joke.
Right now he needs to stay out of the clubs, or at least stop getting photographed while he's in them, and gain the naysayers respect again. Its all possible...he just needs to focus, and make smarter decisions.
I think Rihanna and Chris's relationship was toxic. You can love someone and know in your heart that you shouldn't be together. You got to love them enough to let them go...because if you don't things like THIS will happen.
I'm done with this shit now! LOL :)
It didn't get deleted! Hooray!

He just shooting him self in the foot more and Digging a deeper whole....fans love him still and he apologize and all but then they watch stuff like that and they like nevermind, we'll reconsider, and Larry King, Larry King? boy.......He was just waiting to rip him to shreads in my eyes....The level of intellegence he has do you really expect Chris Brown to hold upp to him?...LLS Him of all people locked in with the wits of Larry King?
ReplyDeleteWhich is why his PR people should have never let him do the interview until he was ready. Chris Brown was not be able to get his thoughts out in an educated manner. He should have been better prepared.
